Flexible working hours
AGO AG stipulated flexitime in their employment agreement, effective for all employees. However, there is a core time from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at which everyone must be present. Usually, doctor consultations during working hours or other private appointments are no problem after prior arrangement with the supervisor. We offer you flexibility but also expect it from you.
Subsidy on eye glasses
Each employee is entitled to receive an annual subsidy in the amount of 100.00 € on eye glasses if the job requires it.
Company retirement provisions
AGO AG’s employees may choose to participate in company retirement provisions. In that case one can benefit from the gross-net effect. Moreover, annual bonuses can be invested in the retirement provision. Thus, one can profit from tax advantages.
Honorary offices and job
AGO AG supports employees’ voluntary services of civil protection (such as the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief, the German Red Cross, the German Life Saving Association, etc.) and fire brigade. Employees are usually always released from work for such events and for further education.
Further education
In regular feedback meetings held with the respective supervisor, certain goals are defined. If the participation in a professional training, a workshop or a seminar turns out necessary AGO AG will pay the full amount of the expenses.
Employee discount
If you are an AGO AG employee you can benefit from suppliers’ discounts if you need to purchase something for private use.
Mobile phones for employees
If your field of activity requires a high degree of communication AGO AG will provide you with a mobile phone.
Company car
If you have a position as group leader, project manager or construction manager you are entitled to be provided with a company car of a certain category, depending on your position. Of course the car can be privately used.
Employee profit participation
Motivated employees are the key for AGO AG’s success. If the economical situation allows for it, AGO’s employees are financially rewarded. Since AGO AG went public it is very easy for each employee to financially participate in the company.
Working conditions / equipment
AGO AG sets great store by providing their employees with up to date work equipment. A state-of-the-art PC with internet connection, e-mail access (worldwide from each internet PC) as well as ergonomic desks and chairs are standard.
