Flexible working hours
The AGO employment agreement – effective for all employees foresees flexitime. However, there are defined core hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) with compulsory attendance for all employees. After prior accord with the superiors, doctor’s appointments during working hours or other urgent private appointments are permitted. We offer flexibility but in return, also expect it from our staff.
Cost allowance for eye glasses
Each employee is entitled to receive an annual amount of 100.00 € on eye glasses to assist with the costs, if the job requires it.
Company retirement provisions
AGO AG’s employees may choose to participate in company retirement provisions.Employees can benefit from the gross-net effect. Annual bonuses can also be invested in the retirement provision taking advantage of tax benefits.
Honorary offices and ocupation
AGO AG supports voluntary services of civil protection of its employees (such as the Federal Agency for Technical Relief, the German Red Cross, the Maltese charity service, etc.) as well as the fire brigade. Employees are usually always released from work for training and for operations.
Part-time training
Annual performance assessment held between employees and their superiors define certain goals. If useful, AGO AG fully compensates professional training, workshops or seminars to support its employees in their education.

If your professional activity requires you to If your field of activity requires a high amount of communication, AGO AG provides you with a mobile phone.
Company car
As business unit manager, divisional director, project supervisor or manager, you are entitled to a company car of a certain category depending on your position. Private use of the vehicle is a matter of course.
