Initial Public Offering
As a dynamic project developer with a high growth potential we decided to enter in the open market (entry standard). This had different reasons. On the one hand, costs for seeking a listing, consequential costs and the listing itself are adapted to companies of our size. One can benefit from the possibilities of the equity market with manageable costs and formalities. On the other hand, cognition towards customers and partners increases considerably. This again makes the approach to potential customers easier since, apart from the product-specific press, also the financial press is reporting about the company.
As an equity market oriented public company we already report quarterly and prepare our company publications in German and English. With this, we already fulfil formalities that are required by prime standard.
