Hans Ulrich Gruber

Mr. Hans Ulrich Gruber (born in 1968) is a member of the Management Board of AGO since the change of the corporate form into a German stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) in December 2006 and is acting as Executive Director responsible for commercial activities. Since 1991, he is involved in plant construction. The Business Administration Graduate started his career in 1991 as Controller for Zander Klimatechnik GmbH. During the years 1995 to 1998, he was employed as Assistant of the Management Board of Zander Klimatechnik AG and supervised several projects including the merger with Meissner & Wurst GmbH & Co, the implementation of standardized software and a sales information system. Between 1999 and 2003, Mr. Hans Ulrich Gruber was Business Administration Manager of M+W Zander Energie + Anlagen GmbH. As of 1 March 2003 until the reorganization into AGO AG Energie + Anlagen, he was nominated Managing Director of M+W Zander Energie + Anlagen GmbH.
Beyond that, Mr. Gruber is Managing Director of Biomasseheizkraftwerk Alperstedt GmbH and since July 2008, a member of the management team of AGO Betriebs GmbH. Furthermore, since 2008, Mr. Hans Ulrich Gruber is Regional Director of BayME, Chairman of the State Economic Committee of IHKS Bavaria,
Saxony and Thuringia, a member of the Central Economic Committee of BHKS for Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringia and CEO of co2ncept plus.


Günther Hein

Günther Hein

Mr. Günther Hein (born in 1965) is a member of the Management Board of AGO AG since September 2011 and is responsible as C.O.O. for the divisions technology and sales. Mr. Hein underwent qualified training as mechatronics engineer for refrigeration and studied mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences (Cape Technical College) in Cape Town/South Africa. Günther Hein started his professional career in 1988 in the sector of climate technology and refrigeration as engineer at Hyfra Industriekühlanlagen GmbH, Neuwied, Germany. Between 1991 and 2001, Mr. Hein was employed as Managing Partner of Atlatek, Refrigeration Technology CC in Swakopmund/Namibia. In the years 2001 to 2009, Mr. Hein was responsible for the divisions sales, marketing, service as well as quality as a member of Management. From 1 July 2009 to 31 January 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of KKT, Kraus Klima und Kältetechnik GmbH, headquartered in Lauf an der Pegnitz. Mr. Hein played a decisive role in the transfer of both production facilities from Lauf an der Pegnitz to Kasendorf near Kulmbach.
