  • Order backlog of € 55.0 million on 31 December 2010
  • Incoming orders of € 12.0 million on 31 January 2011
  • Excellent liquidity of just under € 10.0 million on 31 December 2010
  • Extremely positive outlook for 2011

Kulmbach, 4 February 2011: Today, AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) is publishing the key figures on the company’s current situation.

Order backlog amounted to around € 55.0 million on 31 December 2010. The Company plans to complete all these orders in financial year 2011. The majority of order backlog results from AGO AG’s project business with suppliers. Roughly € 8.0 million of the current order backlog pertain to the Plant Operation division. After completion, the Group expects regular sales of almost € 3.0 million a year.

Incoming orders, amounting to around € 12.0 million on 31 January 2011, are also planned to be finalised in financial year 2011. Current incoming orders include the large order from Stadtwerke Kiel for € 10.0 million and orders from the business divisions Services and Consulting Services totalling approximately € 2.0 million.

“After a difficult 2010, we expect an extremely positive financial year 2011. At the end of last year, we were able to conclude the legal dispute with a customer in Alperstedt, which will save us roughly € 1.0 million annually. The increase in profit margins in the Project Development division since summer 2010 will result in earnings rising steeply. In addition, preliminary figures indicate liquidity of just under € 10.0 million on 31 December 2010, which will provide us with sufficient flexibility to cement the further growth of AGO AG. We expect to announce further orders for the implementation of energy centres,” said Hans Ulrich Gruber, CFO of AGO AG Energie + Anlagen.

The Company plans to publish the preliminary figures for financial year 2011 in March 2011.
