AGO AG Energie + Anlagen: Construction and operation of a biomass cogeneration plant in the area of Erfurt / Gotha

Kulmbach, 30 October 2007: AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41; ISIN: DE000A0LR415) could accept an order in the area of Erfurt / Gotha for the construction and operation of a biomass heating station. The capital expenditure of the plant amounts to EUR 6.6 million. Through the plant’s operation an annual turnover from energy supply of up to EUR 3.1 million is expected. Over the 15 year contract period of plant operation a total turnover of up to EUR 47.5 million can be achieved. AGO AG Energie + Anlagen will be responsible for planning, financing and execution of the project in the area of Erfurt / Gotha. The newly founded operating company BEW GmbH will be responsible for the raw material management as well as the operation, including maintenance and repair on site. As of January 2009 the biomass cogeneration plant is planned to start operation.
