  • Sale of 100% of the shares in HolSoTherm GmbH, Kölleda
  • Disposal of all four equity participations are anticipated until end of 2012
  • Positive balance sheet effects are projected by end of 2012

Kulmbach, 31 May 2012: In line with the change in strategy, AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) has sold its first equity participation in HolSoTherm GmbH. Both parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality about sale price and further details to the contract.

AGO AG Energie + Anlagen expects a significant increase in equity from the sale of all equity participations, which should be completed by the end of 2012. As a result from the ensuing deconsolidation, Management Board further anticipates a lower balance sheet total at a considerably improved debt equity ratio.

After the disposal of all four equity participations, AGO AG Energie + Anlagen will exclusively focus on its core competency, the plant engineering and construction of complex thermal energy supply systems and in particular on thermal power plants.
