Kulmbach, 12 September 2011: AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) announces changes in the Management Board.
Management Board member, Mr. Helmut Peetz resigned for health reasons from his position on 31 August 2011. He will continue his work with the company as an advisor.
Since 1979, Mr. Peetz was holding various positions in the company, and since the company’s change of corporate form into a German stock company, he was a member of the Management Board responsible for the technical division of AGO AG Energie + Anlagen. The Supervisory Board expresses its thanks to Mr. Peetz for his great commitment and his dedication for the company.
The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Günther Hein as new member of the Management Board of AGO AG Energie + Anlagen. Mr. Hein (born in 1965) is heading the divisions technology and sales. He qualified as technician for refrigeration & airconditioning and studied mechanical engineering in Cape Town/South Africa. Since 1984, Mr. Hein is active in the area of climate technology and refrigeration and gained international experience in several management positions within the energy sector.
