Trendinvest and AGO AG tackle biomass projects together

• Joint financing strategy for German biomass heating stations
• First joint project implementation planned for 2010

Kulmbach, 18 August 2010: Trendinvest Beratungs GmbH and AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (cusip number: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) have signed a mutual agreement for financing biomass heating stations in Germany. The biomass heating stations are to be built and operated by AGO AG and Trendinvest will provide the necessary equity through their funds. The ownership of the biomass heating stations will be shared by both Trendinvest and AGO. In the next years, a number of joint plants is to be constructed and operated together.
